Insurance and Payment Policy: Your insurance is a contract between you, your employer and the insurance company. A dentist is not a party to that contract. We do not base your diagnosed treatment on insurance coverage. We base it on your needs and desires. However, we will work to the best of our ability to get you your maximum insurance benefits. If you have insurance, your co-payments are due in full at time of service. We will process and file all insurance claims, with payment being sent to our office. Please bring your insurance card and any plan information with you on your first visit.
